Shipping & Returns
Please read and understand our store's shipping and returns policy before any purchase. All goods sold are non-refundable. Exchanges are not allowed unless otherwise stated below. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.
- We offer free shipping on all orders to Singapore and Malaysia address only.
- We use our own fleet for all deliveries in Singapore and Skynet for Malaysia deliveries..
- Delivery takes about 2–5 working days once orders are made.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
- We are currently delivering within Singapore and Malaysia only.
- For other countries, please drop us an email at Labbalsg@gmail.com with the items you desire and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
- Exchange is only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.
- If you meet the above criteria and would like to apply for an exchange, please contact us at Labbalsg@gmail.com.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
- Return postage costs are to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and will take about 1–3 working days to ship out your item.
